Detailed Product Description
We are the Seller's Agent for:
White refined Cane Sugar Grade "A" ICUMSA 45-150
Quantity: Minimum per order and per shipment NO less than 12.500 MT,
delivery spot, or contract up to 60 months for large qty,
Payment terms: FFDLC/BG/SBDLC/ARDLC/MT103 CAD, Seller accept
LC only in case of spot, once shipment, NOT for serial deliveries,
Bank should TOP25 or any Bank with TOP25 confirmation, payment
transferable, unconditional, divisible, unencombered. Non transferable
acceptable but price will be highter.
Loading ports: Santos or Recife in Brazil,
P. Bond : 2% strandard, NO more,
Inspection: SGS, Buyer allowed do inspection at loading port,
Delivery: 30-45 days after acceptation of financial instrument, but short
for following next deliveries,
POP: after signed contract, ONLY via Bank-to-Bank interaction, after
contract is signed, POP provided up front is fraud. Past performances
illegal docs., provided in full details it is the brake of confidentiality with
former Clients, provided in sanitized form, it is only piece of paper,
Seller provide POP before Buyer shall start payment to make him
safety, but after he'll provide confirmation that he is able to pay

We make soft quote on receive end Buyer's detailled LOI should state
total qty +/-5%, delivery shedule, contract duration, port destination,
target price and financial instrument which affect heavilly the price.

required for FCO and draft contract.
Without up dated LOI, we do no consider enquiry as real, to all they
claim LOI on hand to show it after quote, we say keep it on hand
